Pizza is magic.

Fresh flavors. Quality ingredients. Hand-made perfection.

At Bottē, we believe all things become possible when good people come together over good food. We created Botté to fuel those possibilities.

Inspired by our travels. Dedicated to our craft. We’ve roamed the world to understand what makes a table truly memorable. What have we learned? Gather the best ingredients you can find. Provide a space that fosters community. Bring folks together and feel the spark of something special unfolding right before your eyes. That is where the magic happens!

Our dough, prepared onsite from the finest organic “00” flour, is 72-hour fermented before being hand-stretched to order. Quality ingredients without additives or fillers. Supporting local (regional) producers whenever possible. Largest selection of LE CASTOR (Rigaud) Organic Beer on TAP anywhere!
