Now Hiring: Marketing Coordinator (Summer Position)

Hudson is a small town with a lot happening beneath the surface.

From independent shops and cafés to cultural events, local traditions, and seasonal experiences, there’s a steady rhythm here — one that visitors don’t always see unless someone helps connect the dots.

That’s where Destination Hudson comes in.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us this summer and help tell the story of Hudson as a place worth discovering — and returning to.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Hudson Hospitality Association’s Destination Hudson initiative by creating multimedia content and contributing to digital marketing efforts that promote Hudson as a vibrant destination.

  • Is curious, observant, and pays attention to detail
  • Feels comfortable talking to local business owners and community members
  • Wants to build real-world experience in marketing, communications, or tourism
  • Is reliable and able to manage their time independently

You don’t need to be an expert — but you do need to care about doing thoughtful, high-quality work.

Eligibility Requirements

This position is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program. Applicants must:

  • Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment
  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
  • Have a valid Social Insurance Number and be legally entitled to work in Canada

Why This Role Matters

The work you do will directly support local businesses, cultural activity, and the broader visibility of the region.
